I paid an additional $15 for express postage but my order was delivered about a month later. After making enquiries, I received an email to let me know the delay was due to repairs being undertaken to one of their machines. I was advised that as soon as this was fixed, my order would be despatched right away and I received my stickers soon after. Our bins look really good and I'm happy with the labels. The wait was worth it. Thanks to everyone at My Wheelie who made this possible! If there's a tiny suggestion for improved service, I'd recommend keeping customers updated and informed about their orders to avoid any unflattering statements especially on social media platforms. I approach online shopping with trepidation due to some orders that went awry and when I didn’t hear further from My Wheelie after receiving the initial purchase confirmation, my heart sank. However, after making a few email inquiries, Dan replied to let me know that they were awaiting a part to fix production equipment and would be shipping my order once repairs were done. I received my labels some days later and am delighted at the results. I saw some social comments expressing similar concerns regarding shipping so I hope they read this to ease them. The labels were worth the wait. Tracking was accessible throughout the process so there was no need for stress once I was kept up to date on the company’s situation. Look nice with the numbers and street name. It’s so good that which street the house number is for. Since there might be the same house number in different street it wouldn’t be confusing with a street name together.
